Children's Music st. mark's

The classes are provided by Judith Rautenberg in cooperation with St. Mark Episcopal Church Capitol Hill, Washington D.C.

By signing up for a group class for children I agree:

- My spot is not booked until the complete fee is paid (except the free Sandbox Concerts)

- Children ages 4 and younger need to be supervised at all times by a parent or caretaker, even during class

- I will be on time. Latecomers will be admitted at the discretion of the teacher.

- There will be no refund for a missed class due to late arrival

- There will be no refund after attending the third class

- There will be a 50% refund by dropping out within the first two weeks.

- If a class cannot be provided by Judith the missed class will be added on the next Friday after the class sessions are finished

- Any materials needed for the class will be provided by Judith or St. Mark's

By signing up for single lessons I agree:

- Lessons need to be paid upfront or at the appointment

- Children do not need to be supervised during single lessons but need to be supervised before and after

- Classes need to be canceled at least 24 hours before the appointment

- There will be no refund for late comers

- There will be no refund for missed classes

- Classes canceled by you earlier than 24 hours will have a make up appointment

- If a class cannot be provided by Judith there will be a make up appointment
